Putnam County Speedway would like to apologize to those who may have been offended by recent statements made by a certain individual online. Inappropriate behavior such as this will not be tolerated from anyone representing PCS. His behavior was in no way a reflection on how PCS treats people. Mr Bill Fisher Is no longer employed as the Techman at PCS. In the future if anyone has any issues with any employee of PCS , Clarence asks that you direct your concerns to him.
