I RECIEVED AN E-MAIL AT WORK TODAY AND NEED EVERYONE TO HELP...

A LITTLE 5 YR OLD BOY NAMED JACOB WAS DIAGNOSED 4 MONTHS AGO WITH TERMINAL CANCER, THEY DONT THINK HE WILL MAKE IT TO CHRISTAMS NEXT YEAR....ALL HE WANT FOR CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR IS AS MANY CHRISTMAS CARDS FROM AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE...LETS MAKE THIS (POSSIBLY HIS LAST) A VERY GOOD ONE !!!!!!!

PLEASE SEND THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN!!!
