Prayers for Jennifer and Timmy

I just got word that Jennifer is in the hospital in Brandon. She went into premature labor on Sunday. Medication stopped that so far, but she has some infections going on, accompanied by high temperatures. This putting she and baby in a stress situation. Elavated heart rates etc. Say some prayers for Jen, baby and the family.

I just got released from the hospital this morning and am so glad to be back home!
I went into the hospital Sunday morning, with whatI thought were just back pains. Turns out I was into premature labor. The contractions were every minute and a half to 2 minutes apart. I was running a fever of 102.9, and the babys heart rate was up to 210. So they couldn't give me any meds to stop the contractions. So they packed me in ice packs like an eskamo lol, to bring my temperate down. It finally came down to 99 at like 2 am Monday morning, so they were able to give me meds to stop the contractions. But later on Monday morning they stared back up again.
Anyways, the problem turned out being that I had a blockage in my kidneys, which made them get inflamed, which put the baby in alot of stress, so he decided he wanted to come out! lol....After 4 days, they got me better and reassured that the baby is fine, weighing a whole 4 lbs 6 oz's...He's still got another month to go!

I had a follow up appointment yesterday, everything is back to normal and baby and I are doing much better!
5 more weeks and we should have us a baby boy!

Gosh Jenn....glad to hear you're okay and feeling better. I know how complex being pregnant can be at times.

Back when my girls were baking, my wife's doctor would explain it to me like this....

"It's like renting out the apartment above your garage. Your tenant shares the same electricity, plumbing and utilities as you. If anything happens to one's utilities, it happens to both of them."

Made sense to me...

LOL Well I guess that's a good way to look at it!!
