I dont know if this is were i need to ask, but im building a 4 cyl to race at pcs and i need to know how to disable the air bags.

just take out the whole thing.. you do not disable them.. unbolt from steering wheel and glove box when all is removed.

Its a 97 ford escort lx, i had to get a new head set for it , it used to be my daugters car . she dont want it anymore so i decided to race it. you probably have seen me a few times i usually sit next to you guys in the grand stands right above that new guy anthony. me my wife and parents.

my advise is dont cut any wires lol. when u start cuttin wires it turns into a nightmare lol!
