| Why was Jack Miller not disqualified for the idiotic actions of David Miller, Sr., after the Pure Stock race when he threw a rock at when I came into the pits, threw dirt at me after I left the tech shed, and then attempted to drag me out of my car in my pit which was classified as simple battery? People have been disqualified this year for the actions of alleged crew members and for friends or family being involved in fights; why not last night? The threat on my life afterwards when you went by my pit, Mr. Miller, Sr., was a rather stupid act, also. Jack Miller was given second place, the trophy, and the winnings when he should have been disqualified for his team member's actions. I know, people will say to call the track with this (and I will be doing that) but I would also like a public answer why there was no penalty for the #2 car.

| Anyone starting a fight should be DQ'd, fined, or points taken away..Something like that...No matterwho they are..This favortism needs to stop..I have heard from alot of racers they might not be coming back due to all this stuff and the track is goin to suffer because of it... If the track shows no matter who you are that you could be DQ'd, fined,or points taken away than maybe people will think before they do something....just my opinion...

| THERE IS ONLY A HAND FULL OF CARS AND YALL ARE STILL GOING OFF LIKE A BUNCH OF CHILDREN...... FACE IT ALL THE CARS ARE ABOUT GONE... NOW ASK YOUR SELF "WHY" I HAVE TALKED TO SEVERAL DRIVERS TODAY AND SOME SAID IT WAS DUE TO MANAGEMENT "BUT" MOST SAID THAY COULD GET OVER THAT BUT THERE IS "TO MUCH DRAMA" SO WHO IS AT FAULT ? YALL HAVE 4 OR 5 CARS IN A RACE AND END UP WITH A FIGHT ON YOUR HANDS.... NOW WHO WANTS TO SPEND THERE HARD EARNED MONEY TO SEE 4 OR 5 CARS RUN AROUND IN A CIRCLE AND AT THE END WATCH SOME "CLOWNS" GET OUT AND DUKE IT OUT, THATS NOT WHAT THEY PAY FOR. I THOUGHT YOU "RACE" TO COMPETE NOT TO FIGHT!!!!!! IF YALL DON'T WAKE UP YOU WILL HAVE NO TRACK TO RUN ON, AND WHOS FAULT WILL THAT BE... SEND YOUR TIME TRING TO GET MORE CARS AND LESS TIME FIGHTING, YOU WILL FIND YOUR SELF TO BUSY WORKING ON YOUR CAR TO GET TO THE FRONT.... DOES ANYTHING I'VE SAID MAKE SENCE...... THE SAD THING IS IT MAY BE TO LATE, CLARANCE GAVE YALL A PLACE TO RACE AND FROM WHAT I HAVE SEEN THE MAN HAD TO GO IN THE WHOLE BIG TIME, BUT HE KEPT IT GOING, HE COULD HAVE BAILED A LONG TIME AGO, BUT DIDN'T, THIS SHOULD SHOW YA HOW MUCH THE MAN CARES ABOUT "OUR" SPORT SO YALL NEED TO FIGURE A WAY TO HELP SAVE YOUR RACE TRACK!!!!! | |

| SBC23, everything in your reply is inaccurate. Since I believe you have your mind already made up, I will not confuse you with the facts. I will now just wait for a response from the track to this post and my phone call today. By the way, I will be out of state next weekend for a wedding so see everybody at the banquet. Also, Beavis, it has taken me three attempts to post something here. Please contact me regarding this and I can explain better the problems I am having. Thank you.

| HOW RIGHT YOU ARE JAXRACEFAN, PCS IS A GREAT RACE FACILITY AND WOULD BE A GOLD MINE IF OPERATED CORRECTLY AND I HAVE SAID THIS MANY TIMES. BUT ALL THE FAVORITISM NEEDS TO STOP!!!! I WAS BLAMED FOR BEING SHOWED FAVORITISM IN THE 07 SEASON WITCH I NEVER SAW, WE HAD TO FIGHT FOR EVERYTHING WE WON.... PCS TRIED TO DQ US FOR EVERYTHING IN THE BOOK IT WAS JUST CRAZY, THE PCS "LOCALS" COULD NOT STAND A OUTSIDER OUT RUNNING THEM... BUT WHAT THEY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IS I HAD THE BEST CAR MONEY COULD BY AND FOUND ONE OF "THERE BEST DRIVERS" TO DRIVE IT WITCH MADE A WINNING TEAM, AND WE STILL ARE A TOP TEAM AT EASTBAY IN TAMPA WITH NO FAVORITISM.... MOST RACERS WANT TO RACE NOT FIGHT AND THERE NOT GOING TO GO SOME WHERE THERE MIGHT BE TROUBLE...... I TALKED TO SOMEONE THE OTHER DAY AND HE SAID PCS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE IF YA COULD PICK IT UP AND MOVE IT OUT OF SATSUMA BUT I GUESS THATS NOT POSSIBLE. IT'S JUST A SHAME TO SEE IT GO BUY THE WAY SIDE BUT WHAT CAN A COUPLE OF PEOPLE DUE ABOUT IT, SOUNDS TO ME LIKE IT'S A LOST CAUSE. WE TRIED TO GET A RACE GOING FOR THIS WEEKEND BUT OUT OF THE 20 OR SO DRIVERS WE ASKED TO COME UP "ONLY" 2 SAID THEY WOULD SHOW!!!! DON'T SOUND FUN TO ME, SO IT LOOKS LIKE A STAY AT HOME WEEKEND...... | |

| Still waiting for a response to my phone call and post. Also, Beavis, I am in Virginia right now but will try to get with you when I get back next week about the troubles trying to post. I use the computer at work (I am one of the few people in the country who doesn't own a computer) and that may be the source of the problems. Talk to you later.

| Final(?) entry on this subject. The official word from Mr. Clarence is there was no DQ because none of the officials knew about the incidents until after the night was over and all the payouts and everything was finished. I'm done with this subject and will see y'all at the banquet.
