Matt Kurtz Sprint Driver On First Coast News

Matt Kurtz is only 18-years-old, but he's built quite a resume at race tracks all over the southeast.

The senior at Bishop Kenny High School is a sprint car driver and spends quite a bit of his free time working on his vehicles in the garage of his parents' house.

Like most serious racers, Kurtz has been in his share of scary wrecks, but they haven't stopped him from chasing his dream. One of his crashes is posted on YouTube, and you can view the video by clicking on this link.
