If P.C.S. wants to add spectators ,and start filling the seats in the stands I've got a suggestion that might help. Every Monday morning take 500 tickets and inform ational flyers and start south in Barberville and work your way north to Green Cove Springs handing out free tickets 2-4 at all shops and businesses and put up flyers with schedules of events for each weeks races. Empty seats don't pay the bills, if you sell a hot dog for each person who shows you make money. Start again in Hawthorne, go east to St. Augustine passing out tickets etc. and you will have the area pretty well saturated. Now as far as car count goes eventually new fans will want their own racecars but thats along way down the road . If the track has run some good racers off you should try to get them back. P.C.R. does not have a good reputation because of track conditions, favoritism.and rule changes. Turn it around . the owner or promoter or whoever runs the place needs to take charge and run it like a business without interference from drivers and crews . Suggestions O.K.
