All charges were dropped due to 15 witnesses that were more than willing to go to trial on his behalf, and the State Attorney said our Lawyer would eat him alive.

The only place he truly likes to run is PCS and Clarence said that if he had a paper showing his charges were dropped he could race. We will be there with the paper in hand. I've been trying to call him to see if he would like to talk to our attorney since all of this stuff on the paper is greek to me so that he would know they were dropped. But all I get is the answering machine about racing this weekend. I'm gonna blow it up poster size and tape it to the car.

Just asking him if he wants it on the roof, back or side panel. They say 200 mile an hour tape will hold anything. We'll see.

All charges dropped means that he is innocent and did nothing wrong in the first place. The only place that probably won't allow him would be Ocala but it was proven he did nothing wrong in the first place and has done nothing wrong at any of the tracks so why wouldn't they allow him to race.

Isn't my daughter just the greatest. She put this avatar on for me and it has hubby and my granddaughter with another during the kiddie rides. I love her with all my heart. We were talking tonight and Kristi said something about the charges being dropped. Well let me tell ya that little ones eyes lit up and said "you mean grandpa can race now?" For being only 5 she sure is pretty smart and truly adores her grandpa.

Clarence called Jeff today and told him that he isn't welcome at PCS said something about other drivers were afraid to be on the track with him. This man loves racing and it has been a family hobby since he was 16. How can people condone someone that has been proven not guilty in a court of law. HE WAS INNOCENT FROM THE GET GO! By the way the paper is blown up and trying to figure out where to put it on the car.

HUBBY HAS A BETTER IDEA I'm going to go and have a vinyl sticker made of it and put it on the car. It will be on the passenger side panel where you look in the car. That way it won't blow off or cause any debris on the track.

I feal for you Karen and Jeff. Just like I told you at the Points Banquet that I would be praying for this to be resolved and your dad might be restored to racing. GOD is in the business of forgiving those who seek it and he also warns all of us that if we dont forgive others then we cannot be forgiven. So before we condemn this man we need to stop and think and or thank GOD. Because it is only by the Grace of GOD that we are not the one in this situation.
My prayer now is that you will be able to race with us again and when and if that ever happens may this be a lesson to all of us about how we act and react in difficult situations.

I know Jeff and Karen as well as if not better then most. He has been a great friend and has helped with my car. I think if you asked around you will find more racers and fans like him more then dislike him. We as racers need to stick together. Not hold grudges. Treat others as you would want to be treated. Yes, We all get upset or mad at each other from time to time but that just means you were probably in a good race. I hope that Putnam will rethink letting Jeff run there if he wants to.

Thank you both for your kind words. We are still holding our heads up high as we have from the beginning. Jeff loves racing and has done it for many years it has always been a part of our family outings. We know what really happened and justice was served for that and that's all that really matters. Our prayers were answered.
