| Here is an interesting concept.....If you dont like the track....dont race there....or....even better....come out and help make it better....I'm about to leave my house to do just that.... Does PCS need improve? Yes it does.... Will whining and complaining on a public forum help? NO. It just make you look bad.... Actions speak louder than words... | |

| I had a great time yesterday, and I'm glad I didn't miss it. Keven Mills and Jacky Joe Bennett were driving their butts off, as well as Bruce Birkett, Randy Moody, J.O. Nobles, and many, drivers who I don't know yet. The black 5 late model, orange 17ss, David Miller.....wow.....they were working the track like mad dawgs! From what I understand, the track had been watered three times early Saturday, before the hotlaps. But with the sun and the higher than expected temperatures, it didn't take long to dry out and create some dust. After the hotlaps, they dumped another gazillion gallons of water and it seemed to help a lot! Twards the end of the night, the track was even getting packed and black.... Sone driver had adjusted their cars for the loose dusty track, then after it was watered yet again, it seemed to run a whole lot better, but some needed to RE-adjust their cars for the tighter track. Now, I don't know exactly what hind of adjustments these teams do to "tighten" or "loosen" their cars, but it seemed to keep them on their toes, with most of the drivers, if not all, driving good races. It was great meeting more friends and catching up with some OLD friends....(no offense Matt Hurley). I had a great time and will work on the pictures today as soon as I whittle down this four page "honey-do" list. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to bring all this together. I understand there's another work day down there right now....wish I could be there. All the effort and issues being addressed seem to be bring this track around and on course. Of course there will be some who swear that will never happen, but I believe I've seen both sides of the opinion perspective repsresented at just about every track in Southeastern United States. I believe Putnam is getting it done. Don't wanna see anymore tracks close.......SEEYAS SATURDAY!! p.s. That's my shadow on JJB's car. Now, this would scare the hell out of any normal person.....but yay, though I've walked through the Valley of Dirt, I will fear no evil....for I have ZOOM LENSE, and for an old man, I can still jump higher than a scairt jackrabbit. | |

| Yes, when you bring a Hobby Stock and run with the Pure Stocks, I guess Martin should have won. Otherwise, the right person was the winner. The two cars were rubbing down the back straight, got hooked together, came apart just before turn three and spun. The 99 was ahead when they were rubbing and when they came apart. He was the first car to leave the spin and was able to continue to the checkered. Both of those situations would have put him in first if the track had thrown the yellow flag. They were the only cars left and it was the last lap so I don't know why a yellow would have been necessary anyway. Also, in the general rules, the leader is protected, at the track's discretion. There, I'm done; talk to you later. Bobby Giles | |

Bobby Giles Let's see if you feel the same way about it when that 99 intentionaly starts crashing into you next , when your any competition for him that is ,That was BS and everyone knows it was who saw it....plain and simple ....and everyone can come on here saying how #01 complains, have you ever set and thought, maybe he is right what he is complaining about?...and just continues going there to try and help support the track but just keeps getting screwed over everytime....and by the way things have been let go there you can tell they arent doing something right when you see only 3 cars in a division....WAKE UP PEOPLE....you can try to sugar coat the calls like this being made if you want, but most people are'nt stupid ....and it shows by thier car counts there.JMO |

| What does the man mainly need to do to make people a little happier. We were talking to him today about a lot of things and if he sticks to his guns, the rule changes and some other things he is talking about doing, should make a difference. I just don't understand why more people don't talk a little about some of the good things. For example, In the past couple months the track conditions have improved other than turn 1 needing a little more, but it is better. The restrooms, victory lane, the infield, concession stands, the kids parks, and a lot of other things are looking good. I know their are negative things that are happening( I'm not blind to that), but there is also some good happening too. It can't hurt to put the good up too instead of making it look like it is ALL bad. The place was a real dumpp when he took over so give him a little credit. Atleast he didn't cut and run like I hear the last guy did. JMO Don't get all pissed at me just giving my opinion not trying to start a fight | |

| Turn one is awesome, it seperates the good tires from the bad ones, then destroys them! | |

I have to agree with you 100% John.. This guy has taken on alot and has given us a place to race and watch racing for a season.. He his trying alot more than the last guy that was running the place.. You can tell that because you have people wanting to come out and help Clarence out on getting this place ready for him, drivers, fans for the next season....The Guy is trying hard.. Of course some bad things have been made and Hope that he has learned from the mistakes...Sometimes it takes a mistake to turn and do the right things... | |

| Human error is a b*$#h but we all make mistakes. I was taught all of my life, that people make mistakes and then we learn from them. without mistakes, we wouldn't have anything to learn from. Do most of you think that pcs was going to do a full 180 in just 3/4 of a season???????? Some things take time...... | |

| I'm not saying that what ever happened was right or wrong, I wasn't there. I'm just saying, would it kill people to post something a little positive every now and again. Are we wrong about the progress that is being made? Or are we just seeing it all wrong? I just don't see how people can say the place is being let go. | |
