I just received a phone call that Jennifer (budweisergirl8) is in Brandon regional hospital.....they are going to start inducing her labor at 6am,So little Kaden will be here sometime tomorrow

Kaden Wayne Dowling is here .....Born @ 2:19pm today weighing 7lbs. and 2oz.,18&1/2 inches long....and head full of brown hair....His Mommy will be posting some pics of him soon on here .

"I'm Going To Be A Grandma!" I tell everyone I see.
It is kind of funny, how they stop and look at me.
It doesn't even matter, if they can't help but stare,
I tell them with the hope, that they might actually care.
They just don't understand, how important this will be,
"I'm Going To Be A Grandma!", how fortunate for me.
But then I met a wise one, a Grandma of a friend.
She had some advice, she happily would lend,
she told me to picture, how great I thought it'd be,
becoming a Grandma, how wonderful for me!
No matter how great, I thought it would be,
she said it's, 10 times better, than I could ever see.
I loved her advice, and it got me through the days
as I waited for our little one, the baby on the way.
And when our baby came, with many happy tears,
I knew that my joy would grow, throughout the coming years.
But at that very moment, I knew she must be right
because there's nothing in the world, like love at first sight.
And now, I AM a Grandma, I tell everyone I see
I can't take off my smile, "GRANDMA" ... I'll always be!

Thanks to all, we had a wonderful day today in the delivery room. Jennifer was a real trooper...

Thank you everyone, very very much! Kaden is doing fine. He was running a fever when he first came out, so they are wanting to keep him for atleast 48 hours. Although his fever has gone down now. They just took him back to the nursery again, away from Momma Sad

because he's not knowing how to suck yet. So they are going to work with him and try and make some progress. His daddy is right by his side!
I am doing good myself. Feels great to have such a handsome baby to show from these past 9 months! He looks so much like his daddy, from his lil round face, ears, brown hair, to his big hands and feet! lol From what they tell me, Kaden wasn't very nice to his mommy, so I've got some pretty bad damage "down below", but with the stitches, a lil pain meds, and these ice packs, things will start feel better!!....I, as well, won't be released for atleast 48 hours. In the morning I'm scheduled for something to do with dye, for the kidney stones. They've only told me like FIVE times what they're doing, but it's been so hectic, I just can't remember. lol....All I know is, whatever they are doing is suppose to tell them how big the kidney stones are and what the next step that needs to be taken is.
Timmy was such a trooper. With him on one side, and my mom on the other, being my coaches, things went pretty smoothly. And I only had to push for an hour!!!!

I will post a couple pictures as soon as I figure out how! lol

Here is a couple pictures of our handsome lil man, Kaden Wayne Dowling. Weighing 7 lbs, 2 ozs, 18 1/2 inches long!
We'll have more pictures when he actually gets back from the nursery and we get to see him! (But I did get to count, he's got 10 fingers and 10 toes!)

awww....that is so sweet, that hour of pushing was well worth it when you seen his precious little face.We are all praying for everything to go well for ya Jen on your kidney stones I heard those are pretty painful.Kaden was born at 2:19 that is also Randy's birthday february 19th LOL,thats pretty cool ....thanks Jennifer and Tim for keeping us all informed and glad to hear everything went well for you guys....Congradulations!!
